If your tracking says your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it - please make sure to check at your local post office, with your neighbours and any safe spaces it could have been delivered to around your house.
If you still have no luck, please contact us at orders@chxcoclub.com,(orders@chxcoclub.com) where we'll be able to assist your further no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
If your estimated delivery date hasn't passed yet, please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to arrive.
If it has passed your estimated delivery date and you still haven't received your order, please contact us at orders@chxcoclub.com (orders@chxcoclub.com)no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
