  • Where is my order?
    Not to worry! Once you've received your order confirmation, it could take up to 7 business days to dispatch your order, it may take slightly longer during busy periods. If tracking is applicable, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  • When will my order arrive?
    If tracking is available for your order, you will be sent the number when your package has been shipped out. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 7 business days.
  • My order says delivered but I haven't received it yet. What do I do?
    If your tracking says your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it - please make sure to check at your local post office, with your neighbours and any safe spaces it could have been delivered to around your house. If you still have no luck, please contact us at orders@chxcoclub.com, where we'll be able to assist your further no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
    If your estimated delivery date hasn't passed yet, please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to arrive. If it has passed your estimated delivery date and you still haven't received your order, please contact us at orders@chxcoclub.com no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Why was my order returned?
    When the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, it will be returned back to the warehouse. If this is the case, please get in touch with us to see what we can do to resolve this, orders@chxcoclub.com.
  • I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?
    Please note that some of our items are shipped in separate packages and is most likely still on the way to you. When this happens, if tracking is applicable, there will be another tracking number for the second package. However, if it has passed the estimated delivery date on all tracking and you don't have your order with you yet, contact us at orders@chxcoclub.com and we'll look into this for you!
  • What do I do if I received the wrong item(s)?
    We try our very best to make each transaction as smooth as possible, but sometimes mistakes happen. We are human after all! But we have our friendly team on standby to resolve any wrong items you receive. Just send us an e-mail at orders@chxcoclub.com and we'll be able to help you out!
  • What do I do when my item arrive damaged?
    As much as we'd love for our products to come as perfect as possible, but it doesn't always turn out that way. Luckily, we have our team on hand to help you out when you received a damaged item. E-mail us at orders@chxcoclub.com.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once you've placed your order, it will be sent directly to get fulfilled and when this process has started, we will be unable to cancel your purchase. We cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled if the fulfilment process has begun but we would advise to contact us as soon as possible to see if we are able to cancel your order straight away. E-mail us at: orders@chxcoclub.com. We have more information about cancellations in our Return Policy.
  • Can I amend my order?
    We are unable to amend the items ordered once placed and would advise for you to get in touch as soon as possible to see if we can cancel your order, orders@chxcoclub.com. Please note we cannot guarantee we can cancel your order if it has started its fulfilment process.
  • Can I change my address once I have placed the order?
    We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to change your address once your order is in the fulfilment process. We would advise to get in touch as soon as possible to see whether we can amend your address, orders@chxcoclub.com. In the case that we cannot change your delivery address for the order, your order will be delivered out to your initial delivery address. However, if the delivery is unsuccessful, it will be returned back to the warehouse. Once this is confirmed, we may be able to change the address and get it back out to you.
  • How do I use my CHXCO eGift Card?
    When you're at the checkout, at the payment step make sure to check "Redeem a gift card" - here you'll be able to enter in your code and click "Apply"!
  • How do I use my promo code?
    At checkout and just under your order summary, click "Enter a promo code" to enter your code and don't forget to click "Apply". *Please note that discounts are not available for shipping.
  • What payment options do you have available?
    We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal and Klarna. *Subject to availability dependent on your country.
  • Where do I find the sizing information?
    On each product page, you'll find the sizing information there (if applicable).
  • Where do I find the product information?
    On each product page, the product details are featured in the description.
  • Can I return my order?
    We do not accept returns, you can find out more in our Return Policy.
  • Can I exchange my item?

  • What happens to unclaimed returns?
    Most unclaimed returns get donated to local charities.
