Not to worry! Once you've received your order confirmation, it could take up to 7 business days to dispatch your order, it may take slightly longer during busy periods. If tracking is applicable, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

If tracking is available for your order, you will be sent the number when your package has been shipped out. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 - 7 business days.

If your tracking says your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it - please make sure to check at your local post office, with your neighbours and any safe spaces it could have been delivered to around your house. If you still have no luck, please contact us at orders@chxcoclub.com,(orders@chxcoclub.com) where we'll be able to assist your further no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

If your estimated delivery date hasn't passed yet, please allow until the estimated delivery date for your order to arrive. If it has passed your estimated delivery date and you still haven't received your order, please contact us at orders@chxcoclub.com (orders@chxcoclub.com)no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

When the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, it will be returned back to the warehouse. If this is the case, please get in touch with us to see what we can do to resolve this, orders@chxcoclub.com.(orders@chxcoclub.com)
