RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you bought an item of clothing in the wrong size, or you have changed your mind or an item is an unwanted gift or you bought a phone case in the wrong size or for the wrong phone - there is no automatic right for CHXCO CLUB LIMITED to accept returned goods as well as no automatic right to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

In the event that your order has a misprint and/or damaged print directly onto the item and/or is a damaged item and/or is defective, please email us within 14 days immediately after receiving your order at orders@chxcoclub.com from the email you used to place the order, your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 

CHXCO CLUB LIMITED are not held liable for the loss of any item(s) once the order has been placed, however, should any item(s) you ordered not be delivered by the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date at orders@chxcoclub.com so we can further assist you.

 

Should you contact us after the 14 day window for any of the above events, CHXCO CLUB LIMITED reserves the right to not take any action and to not accept returned goods and has the right to not offer a refund and/or exchange. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

CANCELLATION

If you decide to cancel your order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at orders@chxcoclub.com from the email you used to place the order, your name and order number so we can further assist you. However, should the order be in its stage of fulfilment, there is less chance of the order being cancelled. 

Should the order be cancelled, there may be a cancellation charge for the direct loss to CHXCO CLUB LIMITED.
