SHIPPING POLICY
This shipping policy is to help you navigate through any questions or concerns you may have as well as providing further insight in regards to shipping for any orders you wish to place.
ORDER NOTIFICATIONS
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after purchase. All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please be sure to check your spam folder for these emails.
There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems. All of which are outside of our control.
CORRECT INFORMATION
Please ensure you have entered the correct name, physical address, email address, billing information, contact information, sizes of clothing and size of phone case. By doing so means there is less of a chance for any wrong items to be delivered, items being delivered to an incorrect address and order notifications being sent to the wrong email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Albania, Belgium, Brazil, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey and United Arab Emirates.
At this time, we do not ship to: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan and Yemen.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Below are the shipping rates for domestic and international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CHXCO CLUB LIMITED is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. The tracking information will become available as soon as it’s ready to be shipped. If you’ve not received an email about your order being shipped after 7 business days of placing the order, please contact us at orders@chxcoclub.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Not every country will have shipping information available to them as this is dependent on the country as well as the third party fulfilment.
If you haven’t received your order by the estimated delivery date as stated on your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@chxcoclub.com from the email you used to place your order, your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We advise against shipping to P.O. Boxes and highly suggest you use a physical address as not every country listed has available shipping options for P.O. Boxes. Should you choose to continue to ship to a P.O. Box, CHXCO CLUB LIMITED is not held liable for any loss and or damage of any kind.
FULFILMENT
Please note, the items ordered may not arrive in the same delivery. Some items will be packed and dispatched in separate parcels and various fulfilment centres from our third party fulfilment.
VOUCHERS, PROMO CODES, DISCOUNTS & OFFERS
The shipping price calculated at checkout will remain unchanged after redeeming vouchers, promo codes, discounts or offers as they do not apply to shipping.
All vouchers, promo codes, discounts or offers shall only apply to the items available to purchase on the CHXCO CLUB website and may sometimes be made available for a specific item only.
