BY PARTICIPATING IN THE MISSIONS

​

By clicking the button to start the missions, you automatically agree to the following:

i) Any/all drawings, gifs, memes, designs, characters, concepts and/or ideas are the sole property of CHXCO CLUB. 

​

ii) You understand that CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED own the intellectual property including (but not limited to) the CHXCO CLUB NFTs, brand, logos, visual work, audio work, moving visual work, trademarks, copyrights, merchandise and modifications and CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED as well as any of its subsidiaries have the right to use the mission for both personal and commercial purposes at any given time.

iii) Should an individual(s) contribute towards the mission and it's story with their own unique idea(s) and concept(s), the copyright as well as any and all intellectual property shall be automatically be owned by CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED without the need of prior written consent/permission from the individual(s) in question. 

 

 

NON-FUNGIBLE TOKEN COLLECTIBLES

​

CHXCO CLUB includes a set of 9,999 non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in the form of digital collectibles running on the Ethereum network. This website is an interface for users to interact with the Ethereum smart contract to purchase CHXCO CLUB NFTs. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own Ethereum wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by the website before approval. As the CHXCO CLUB smart contract runs on the Ethereum network, there is no ability to undo, reverse and/or restore any transactions.

 

All intellectual property including (but not limited to) CHXCO CLUB NFTs, brand, logos, visual work, audio work, moving visual work, trademarks, copyrights, merchandise and modifications are owned by CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED.

 

Any/all users and/or any person(s)/company(s), whether an owner or non-owner of a CHXCO CLUB NFT MUST get written permission from CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED in order to use all/any intellectual property for commercial use which includes (but is not limited to) the copy, duplication, modification, re-selling or the creation of your own collection of CHXCO CLUB. CHXCO CLUB NFTs are permitted for personal use at the approval from the current owner, at your own discretion.

By using this website you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving CHXCO CLUB. You also agree that CHXCO CLUB and any affiliates will not be liable for any/all problems, failures and/or errors no matter the cause or source of the problems and you accept sole responsibility for any/all problems, failures and/or errors.

OWNERSHIP, LICENSING AND RESTRICTIONS

 

By minting/purchasing a CHXCO CLUB NFT(s), you automatically agree to the following:

 

i) Any/all CHXCO CLUB NFT(s) you mint/purchase are owned by you until you trade, sell or transfer the NFT(s). These transactions will be reflected on the Ethereum blockchain which cannot be modified by us at any given time.

 

ii) CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED and any affiliates grant you the right to trade, sell or transfer your CHXCO CLUB NFT(s) in the CHXCO CLUB collection. You may also use your NFT(s) for any personal use.

 

iii) You understand that CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED own the intellectual property including (but not limited to) the CHXCO CLUB NFTs, brand, logos, visual work, audio work, moving visual work, trademarks, copyrights, merchandise and modifications and CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED as well as any of its subsidiaries have the right to use your owned minted/purchased NFT(s) for both personal and commercial purpose at any given time.

 

iv) You understand that if you would like to use your CHXCO CLUB NFT(s) for commercial use you MUST get written permission from CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED in order to receive a commercial license.

 

v) Under no circumstances are you permitted to re-sell, modify and/or duplicate any CHXCO CLUB NFT(s) under a new and/or different collection outside of CHXCO CLUB.
 

vi) Any/all vouchers, promo codes, discounts or offers given out to a CHXCO CLUB digital collectible holder as a member benefit must only be used by the CHXCO CLUB digital collectible holder only, associated to one e-mail address and must not given out to anyone else. Failure to comply could result in the removal of this member benefit for the individual.

MERCHANDISE

​

When ordering any form of merchandise from CHXCO CLUB, you automatically agree to the following:

​

i) Any/all design(s), concept(s), character(s), art, name(s) and/or ideas are the sole property of CHXCO CLUB. 

​

ii) You understand that CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED own the intellectual property including (but not limited to) the CHXCO CLUB NFTs, brand, logos, visual work, audio work, moving visual work, trademarks, copyrights, merchandise and modifications and CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED as well as any of its subsidiaries have the right to use the merchandise for both personal and commercial purposes at any given time.

iii) Should an individual(s) contribute towards the creation and/or design of the merchandise with their own unique idea(s) and concept(s), the copyright as well as any and all intellectual property shall be automatically be owned by CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED without the need of prior written consent/permission from the individual(s) in question with no fee given to company.

iv) When purchasing any merchandise please ensure you are above the age of 18 or you have permission from your parent or guardian to purchase.

VOUCHERS, PROMO CODES, DISCOUNTS & OFFERS

​

When redeeming any form of vouchers, promo codes, discounts or offers from CHXCO CLUB, you automatically agree to the following:

​

i) Any/all vouchers, promo codes, discounts or offers may be available for a limited time only. 

​

ii) You understand that once any voucher, promo code, discount or offer has been redeemed this action cannot be undone.

KIDS PLAY AREA

 

When taking part in any of the activities available in the Kids Play Area by CHXCO CLUB, you automatically agree to the following:
 

i) Any/all design(s), concept(s), character(s), art, name(s) and/or ideas are the sole property of CHXCO CLUB. 

​

ii) You understand that CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED own the intellectual property including (but not limited to) the CHXCO CLUB NFTs, brand, logos, visual work, audio work, moving visual work, trademarks, copyrights, merchandise and modifications and CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED as well as any of its subsidiaries have the right to use the Kids Play Area for both personal and commercial purposes at any given time.

 

iii) Should an individual(s) contribute towards the creation and/or design for the Kids Play Area with their own unique idea(s) and concept(s), the copyright as well as any and all intellectual property shall be automatically be owned by CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED without the need of prior written consent/permission from the individual(s) in question with no fee given to company.

 

iv) The Kids Play Area and any of its activities are free to use and some data may be collected when using the Kids Play Area. For more information, read through our Privacy Policy.

CHXCO HALL OF FAME

​

When submitting your nomination to a member of the team for the CHXCO HALL OF FAME within CHXCO CLUB, you automatically agree to the following:

 

i) Any/all design(s), concept(s), character(s), art, name(s) and/or ideas are the sole property of CHXCO CLUB. 

 

ii) You understand that CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED own the intellectual property including (but not limited to) the CHXCO CLUB NFTs, brand, logos, visual work, audio work, moving visual work, trademarks, copyrights, merchandise and modifications and CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED as well as any of its subsidiaries have the right to use the CHXCO HALL OF FAME for both personal and commercial purposes at any given time.

 

iii) Should you contribute towards the creation and/or design for the CHXCO HALL OF FAME with your own unique idea(s) and concept(s), the copyright as well as any and all intellectual property shall be automatically be owned by CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED without the need of prior written consent/permission from yourself with no fee given to company.

 

iv) Data may be collected when nominating an individual(s) for the CHXCO HALL OF FAME. These may include: 

 

  • Twitter Handle

  • Instagram Handle

  • TikTok Handle

  • Discord Handle

  • Email Address

v) You give the team permission to submit your nomination on your behalf.

SUBMITTING FAN ART

​

When submitting your fan art for CHXCO CLUB, you automatically agree to the following:

 

i) Any/all design(s), concept(s), character(s), art, name(s) and/or ideas are the sole property of CHXCO CLUB. 

 

ii) You understand that CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED own the intellectual property including (but not limited to) the CHXCO CLUB NFTs, brand, logos, visual work, audio work, moving visual work, trademarks, copyrights, merchandise and modifications and CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED as well as any of its subsidiaries have the right to use the fan art for both personal and commercial purposes at any given time.

 

iii) Should an individual(s) contribute towards the creation and/or design for their fan art with their own unique idea(s) and concept(s), the copyright as well as any and all intellectual property shall be automatically be owned by CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED without the need of prior written consent/permission from the individual(s) in question with no fee given to company.

 

iv) Data may be collected when submitting your fan art for CHXCO CLUB. These may include: 

 

  • Name (whether this may be your birth name or a pseudonym) 

  • Story behind the fan art

  • Images of the fan art

  • Videos of the fan art

  • GIFS of the fan art

DISCORD​

​

When joining the official CHXCO CLUB discord, you automatically agree to the following:

 

i) Any/all design(s), concept(s), character(s), art, name(s) and/or ideas are the sole property of CHXCO CLUB. 

 

ii) You understand that CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED own the intellectual property including (but not limited to) the CHXCO CLUB NFTs, brand, logos, visual work, audio work, moving visual work, trademarks, copyrights, merchandise and modifications and CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED as well as any of its subsidiaries have the right to use CHXCO CLUB’s official Discord for both personal and commercial purposes at any given time.

 

iii) Should an individual(s) contribute towards the creation and/or design for CHXCO CLUB’s official Discord with their own unique idea(s) and concept(s), the copyright as well as any and all intellectual property shall be automatically be owned by CHXCO HOLDINGS LIMITED without the need of prior written consent/permission from the individual(s) in question with no fee given to company.

 

iv) Data may be collected when entering the official CHXCO CLUB Discord. These may include: 

 

  • Discord username

  • Profile photo

  • Description/biography
